Karen joined the team in May of 2018. Karen has been working in the customer service industry for 8 years and provides exceptional policy service to our many clients. Karen’s duties include, but are not limited to, handling our personal lines customer accounts, insurance certificate requests, and servicing for our commercial clients. She is originally from New Jersey but has lived in Florida since her youth. Karen is the mother of two beautiful girls, Camila age 3, and Kayla age 2. Karen is fluent in English and Spanish.
